The staff were friendly and helpful. Good price and free parking. Convenient location near MOI. Facility-rich room design. Free cancellation until midnight. Water dispenser available. Good breakfast with restaurant in lobby. Room upgrade offered.

I had a superb 7-day stay at this budget hotel in Kelapa Gading. The super friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcomed and secure throughout my stay. The room was neat and clean, with a nice ambiance and complete with cable TV. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Lotte supermarket and many banks and businesses.

We loved the strategic location of the hotel, being near 3 big malls and a Lotte supermarket only 200 metres away. Transportation was also convenient with taxis always available. The hotel facilities were clean and met our basic needs, including toiletries, slippers, and complimentary water. The breakfast was good and staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel is close to business center and Mall of Indonesia, which is convenient for those on a tight budget. the room is clean and has a nice atmosphere. the bathroom, although a bit small, is functional. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is disappointing with very basic options and the connection for wifi is quite slow.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating during our romantic escape. the location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and the towels were not as clean as we had hoped.

The amenities were a bit disappointing as there was no gym or sauna available. The location wasn't central, and crossing the road could be dangerous.
